Operating Principle

The DU Vacuum Belt Filter utilizes a filter cloth as the filtration medium and a continuous annular rubber belt as the vacuum chamber. Driven by a transmission system, the belt moves linearly while a sealing mechanism ensures effective separation. As vacuum pressure is applied, solids are retained on the belt and removed via a scraper, while filtrate is collected in an automated drain tank and discharged through a water seal or switching device. The filter cloth undergoes continuous online cleaning via high pressure flushing, ensuring consistent regeneration and performance.
