Product Overview

While classified under dewatering equipment, the structural design of dewatering screens varies depending on the material being processed. For instance, a sand dewatering screen used in a washing line differs significantly from a tailings dewatering screen employed in mineral concentration facilities.

Our stainless steel dewatering screens are the result of extensive R&D and rigorous testing, tailored specifically for challenging materials such as quartz sand, potassium feldspar, and substances with high acidity or alkalinity. These systems are built for low energy consumption, high throughput, and continuous operation.

Working Principle
The dewatering screen consists of a screen box, vibration exciter, supporting structure, and motor assembly. It utilizes dual motor self synchronization technology, featuring universal eccentric blocks and adjustable amplitude vibrators.

The two independent vibrators operate in synchronized opposition, generating centrifugal forces that cancel each other transversely and reinforce motion longitudinally. This results in a linear reciprocating motion of the screen box, enabling efficient separation and drainage.

Key Features & Benefits
Compact Design: Small footprint with high processing capacity per unit area
Continuous Operation: Ideal for 24/7 industrial use
Durable Components: High wear resistant screen plates with extended service life
