Technical characteristics
- Equipped with a high-excitation force box-type exciter, the screening efficiency is high, and the processing capacity is large; it has the characteristics of high stiffness, high strength, and balanced force.
- The box-type exciter ensures that materials quickly form a layer on the screen surface, maximizing contact with the screen slots and minimizing the possibility of screen surface blockage. The high-efficiency gear-driven exciter has a long lifespan and low noise.
- It adopts large clearance self-aligning bearings, high-precision heavy-duty helical gears, and a splash lubrication system. The exciter is designed with a sealed structure to prevent the entry of dust or foreign particles.
- The gas and heat inside the exciter can freely exchange with the external environment through a special sealing device between the shafts, ensuring no lubricating oil leakage.
- A magnetic oil plug is used to adsorb fine metal particles inside the exciter, effectively protecting all rotating parts from damage and improving the reliability and safety of the equipment.
- Equipped with a protective cover, and the eccentric wheel's eccentric torque is adjustable.
Application
The Vibratory Screens is mainly used for dewatering, desliming, sand removal, washing, and other operations in metal mines, non-metal mines, coal slurry, quartz sand, mud, etc. It is also commonly used in coal dewatering operations.
