Advanced Iron & Manganese Treatment Technology
Our iron removal systems are tailored to the specific chemistry of your water source, factoring in iron and manganese concentrations, oxygen levels, CO₂ content, and hardness. The process begins with air injection, which oxidizes dissolved iron. The oxidized particles then precipitate and are captured by a sand filter bed, where a MnO₂ catalytic layer accelerates the oxidation of residual iron.
This is followed by a dual mode backwash—using both water and air—to restore media performance and maintain system efficiency.
